Boston Certified

The Marathon Matters 21.1 km Loop is certified by Athletics Canada/Run Canada as accurate according to standards of the Road Running Technical Council. To view click on graphic or narrative.

The course is a 21.1 km out-and-back loop starting in Wascana Park in front of the Saskatchewan Legislature. It is used for two Marathon Matters races: Cure for the Brrr on 2 Jan and Gopher Attack on Good Friday. The competitors who complete marathons in Boston qualifying times are eligible to register for Boston in the following year.

The course is also used for Marathon Matters training runs.
